Savoie Mont Blanc University is once again supporting the #MonthWithoutTobacco campaign, a collective challenge launched by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, Public Health France, and in partnership with the National Health Insurance. This national campaign provides a positive incentive for smokers to quit smoking throughout the month of November.
These 30 days are crucial because they increase the chances of quitting smoking permanently fivefold once this first challenge is met. Beyond 30 days, withdrawal symptoms (nervousness, irritability) are significantly reduced.
