November 17, 2017, 12:00 p.m. - November 17, 2017, 1:30 p.m.

As part of the FEAST – Interreg Alcotra project, a lunchtime seminar on the theme of "Mobility – a key issue for local residents and tourists in mountain areas" will be held on Friday, November 17, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Jacob-Bellecombette campus, in room 24-203.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE LUNCH SEMINAR

Where do we stand today in the Alps in terms of transportation and mobility? What options does a mayor (or elected official) in a mountain community have to change modes of transportation—for residents and tourists alike? What solutions are we considering to improve the quality of life in our mountains?

Alain Boulogne, former elected representative of a mountain ski resort and vice-president of the International Commission for the Protection of the Alps in France (CIPRA France), will share his experiences and expertise on mobility and transport in the Alps.
