In partnership with ECRI+, the Department of Literature, Languages, and Humanities at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc is offering a MOOC in French titled “Improving Your Spelling Skills.”
Who is it for?
USMB staff and students, as well as external participants, who wish to improve their spelling skills in various areas (verb conjugation, the nuances of agreement, doubled consonants, circumflex accents, hyphens, etc.).
Objectives
- Mastering the use of punctuation marks
- Understanding the consistency of word spelling
- Apply the rules of spelling and grammar
- Identify homophonic verb endings
Terms and Conditions
- Registration is free but required by April 2 on the FUN MOOC platform
- Up to 4 course modules available:
- Week of February 6: Punctuation Marks
- Week of February 20: Spelling
- Week of March 6: Spelling and Grammar
- Week of March 20: Verb Conjugation
- Recommended frequency: 3 hours per week
