Committed to ensuring that its international exchange students receive the warmest possible welcome, USMB organizes orientation events throughout the year. Thus, from January 24–26, 2020, 58 students of 19 nationalities participating in exchange programs with USMB will take part in an orientation seminar featuring various outdoor activities. This orientation seminar is being held in La Féclaz, one hour from Chambéry.
This orientation week allows international students to:
- Discover a stunning setting, nestled between lakes and mountains!
- meet other international students at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc
- take part in outdoor activities and make the most of the last of the warm weather in a friendly atmosphere
On the agenda
Saturday morning is dedicated to the “Challenge des Neiges” with Takamaka: various snow-based sports challenges (sledding race, laser biathlon, bubble soccer, etc.). On Saturday afternoon, there’s a snowshoe hike. Then, on Sunday, you can choose from three activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowboarding.
