Since then, the Univerciné team has strived to fulfill this mission by offering the Chambéry public films, exclusively in their original version with subtitles, in a variety of genres (drama, comedy, cinema classics, fantasy, documentaries, etc.). In addition to its regular programming, Univerciné offers themed evenings and screenings followed by discussions with filmmakers and/or speakers. The University of Savoie Mont Blanc is the only university in France to have a cinema with commercial status, allowing it to show all films released nationally.
