The Interreg Alcotra FEAST project is organizing its first TEM (Tourism and Mountain Economy) workshop on January 22 and 23, 2018, on the Jacob-Bellecombette campus.
The theme of this event will be “Sustainability in Mountain Regions.” To best explore this highly relevant topic, it will be divided into four panels:
- Sustainability and the sharing economy
- The Marketing Perspective on Sustainability
- Sustainability and Transportation
- The institutional, legal, and socioeconomic aspects of sustainability
The first day will be devoted to presentations of research papers by scholars in each panel. The second day will provide an opportunity for academics and practitioners to meet and exchange ideas as they explore these topics together during roundtable discussions.
The goal of this event is to stimulate discussion by bringing together knowledge and experiences related to various aspects of sustainability.
