In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data of applicants who make applications on the platform are processed by l'université Savoie Mont Blanc for the performance of a task in the public interest within the meaning of the provisions of the RGPD.
These data are collected in order to facilitate the analysis of applications by the commission for the examination of applications for theuniversité Savoie Mont Blanc programmes giving access to higher education within the strict framework of the methods and criteria for the pedagogical examination of applications that it has determined.
The data relating to the applicant's educational background comes from the automated processing known as "Parcoursup" (cf. Order of 28 March 2018 authorising the implementation of an automated processing of personal data known as "Parcoursup").
The information collected is kept for a maximum of two years.
The recipients of this data are the head of the school and the authorised persons responsible for processing the candidates' files or examining the applications.
Candidates can access their data and exercise their rights under Article 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR ) at: scolarite.centrale@univ-smb.fr
