In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the personal data of applicants who make applications on the platform is processed by université Savoie Mont Blanc for the performance of a mission of public interest within the meaning of the provisions of the RGPD.
This data is collected in order to facilitate the analysis of applications carried out by the wish examination commission foruniversité Savoie Mont Blanc Blanc courses giving access to higher education, within the strict framework of the methods and criteria for the pedagogical examination of wishes that it has determined.
Data relating to the applicant's educational background comes from the automated processing known as "Parcoursup" (cf. decree of March 28, 2018 authorizing the implementation of an automated processing of personal data known as "Parcoursup").
The information collected is kept for a maximum of two years.
The recipients of this data are the head of the school and authorized persons responsible for processing candidate files or examining applications.
Candidates may access their personal data and exercise their rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting: scolarite.centrale@univ-smb.fr
