You are affected by the Parcoursup procedure regardless of your age.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates enrolled in continuing education programs are not affected by the Parcoursup procedure. Please contact the Central Registration Office or the Continuing Education Office for more information.

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data of candidates who submit their preferences on the platform is processed electronically by the University of Savoie Mont Blanc for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest within the meaning of the provisions of the GDPR.

This data is collected for the purpose of facilitating the analysis of applications by the Savoie Mont Blanc University admissions committee, which grants access to higher education within the strict framework of the procedures and criteria for reviewing applications that it has determined.

Data relating to the candidate's academic background is obtained from the automated processing system known as "Parcoursup" (see the decree of March 28, 2018 authorizing the implementation of an automated personal data processing system known as "Parcoursup").

 

The information collected is kept for a maximum period of two years.

The recipients of this data are the head of the institution and the authorized persons responsible for processing candidate files or reviewing applications.

Candidates may access data concerning them and exercise their rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting: scolarite.centrale@univ-smb.fr

For any questions regarding the processing of personal data in this system, candidates may contact the institution's data protection officer at the following address: dpo@grenet.fr. If, after contacting the officer, they feel that their rights have not been respected or that this system does not comply with data protection rules, they may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
