The I PRO Box

Because student success and the quality of their transition into the workforce are our top priorities, the Career Services Office, in collaboration with the Business Club, has launched BOX I PRO.

This is a catalog of workshops, ranging in length from 1.5 to 3 hours, designed to be offered across all university programs, from the first year of college through graduate school.

The workshops are divided into 4 categories:

  1. Getting to know yourself
  2. Explore careers and work environments
  3. Charting one's course
  4. Guidance and Success

The workshops are selected by the program’s academic team based on the students’ needs (finding an internship, getting to know themselves better, choosing their next steps in their education, identifying their skills, pitching their project, etc.)

The workshops are led primarily by professionals from the business world (HR directors, business owners, recruiters, managers, consultants, etc.) and by the BAIP’s career placement counselors.

Attend the workshops

  • Are you a professional interested in leading a BOX I PRO workshop related to your area of expertise?
  • Teachers, would you like to incorporate workshops from BOX I PRO into your training?
  • Students, would you like to thrive in your academic and professional journeys with guidance from experienced professionals?

What graduates go on to do

Every year, the USMB Observatory conducts a survey of all graduates with a BUT, professional bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and engineering degree.

This study is part of the national survey of graduates with professional bachelor’s and master’s degrees, led by the Directorate General for Higher Education and Professional Integration (DGESIP).

The questionnaire asked them about their employment status one and two years after graduation, their career path since leaving college, and their assessment of their current situation and their education.

Employment rate at 30 months (through 2020) and at 18 months (starting in 2022)
