The building sector is responsible for 17% of greenhouse gas emissions and accounts for almost half of France's energy expenditures. With approximately 4.8 million homes considered to be "thermal flats" and faced with the climate emergency, the State is accelerating its measures to fight against these very energy-intensive homes.
