As part of its " Plan Climat " week from October 8 to 15, 2022, the Grand Chambéry agglomeration is organizing an evening event atuniversité Savoie Mont Blanc to raise awareness of air quality, and the origins and behavior of the pollutants that affect it. The event on Wednesday October 12 (8-10pm) is also part of the national air quality day.
The program
- Conference with the participation of ATMO, the observatory responsible for monitoring air quality in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, and the Environnements, Dynamiques, et Territoires de Montagne(EDYTEM) laboratory at the University of Savoie.université Savoie Mont Blanc
Christine Piot, teacher-researcher at EDYTEM, will present her work on the transfer of atmospheric pollutants to Savoy lakes. - Testimonials from residents and businesses (including the Savoie transport company SATM) on their concrete actions to improve air quality.
