The 27th edition of the Fête de la Science will take place from October 6 to 14, 2018 throughout France. Once again this year, this national event is an opportunity for the public and the scientific community to meet and exchange ideas around the different facets of science and technology, in a fun and quirky spirit.
Combating preconceived ideas and exercising critical thinking are an integral part of scientific activity. The partners in this new edition will introduce us to and share with us this useful approach to our daily choices as individuals and citizens.

Manipulate, test, visit laboratories, talk to researchers, find out about research careers, stimulate your taste for science! The Fête de la Science offers thousands of free events all over France. On this occasion, science takes over public places and researchers come to meet you.
ForUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc, the "Fête de la Science" is an opportunity to raise awareness of its research areas and its role in society. Encounters with middle and high school students also help to raise awareness and interest in science in general, and in scientific studies and careers in particular.
