On Friday, November 16, 2018, the study day "Legal questioning in languages and cultures" will be held, organized by the Langages, Littératures, Sociétés, Études Transfrontalières et Internationales (LLSETI) laboratory with the Centre de Droit Privé et Public des Obligations et de la Consommation (CDPPOC).
The day takes place from 8.30am to 5.30pm on the Jacob-Bellecombette campus, building 10, room 10003.
About the study day
This meeting is an opportunity to initiate a dialogue between jurists and specialists in languages and cultures fromUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) and the region, as well as fromUniversité de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour , a privileged partner of the USMB.
The day will include four sessions:
- "Current, real and fictitious trials",
- "Historical approaches to the trial,
- "The words of institutions,
- "The law in contemporary societies".
