Information day on mental health at USMB

In October 2022 the 33rd edition of the Semaines d'Information sur la Santé Mentale (SISM ) will take place, with the annual theme of "Mental health and the environment". As part of this event,université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) will be taking part in the SISM on Wednesday October 12 on the Jacob-Bellecombette campus.

ON THE PROGRAM

  • From 12pm to 5pm, a Psy'Truck will be on campus
    A truck dedicated to raising awareness, destigmatizing and preventing psychological disorders will be positioned on the esplanade between the BU, the Halle des Sports and the pergola.

    The PsyTruck is an initiative of the Réseau Handicap Psychique de Grenoble (RéHPsy) and the Centre Référent de Réhabilitation psychosociale et de Remédiation cognitive (C3R), with the support of the Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS Auvergne Rhône-Alpes) and the FondaMental foundation and its expert centers.
  • From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in amphi 19000, conference on "Mental health and the environment".
    Several presentations by USMB teams will be offered in partnership with the Centre Hospitalier Spécialisé de la Savoie (CHS) and the Centre Hospitalier Métropole Savoie (CHMS).
    A round-table discussion will be held with :

    • Benoît Rumbach, a physician at the CHS de la Savoie and the CHMS (pediatrics department), will talk about the effect of the environmental crisis on young people's mental health.
    • Christophe Broche, Senior Lecturer in Private Law at the Centre de Recherche en Droit Antoine Favre, will speak on the subject of the quest for individual well-being in the environment, as tested by law.
    • Bérangère Legrendre and Sabrina Pérugien, HDR lecturers in economics and lecturers in management science at USMB's Institut de Recherche en Gestion et en Économie, will be talking about the effects of an uncertain economic environment on mental health.
    • Arnaud Carré, HDR lecturer in Psychology at the USMB's Laboratoire Inter-universitaire de Psychologie (LIP/PC2S), will talk about the links between environmental change and psychopathology.
