In the LAPP Wednesdays series, the next event will exceptionally take place on a Tuesday, to coincide with Physics Night! This event will be held at the Laboratoire d'Annecy de Physique des Particules (LAPP ) in Annecy on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm, and will focus on "Physics and Sport".
The program
To talk about Physics and Sport, LAPP invites LIBM for a conference on the encounter between biology and physics, and proposes traditional exchanges around EUTOPIA.
- 5:30 pm - 7 pm: Lecture: "Sports performance: a beautiful encounter between biology and physics", by Pierre Samozino and Baptiste Morel-Prieur, lecturers at the Interuniversity Laboratory of Motor Biology (LIBM).
- 7pm-8pm: A friendly chat aboutEUTOPIA
- 8pm-9pm: Interactive sequence linked to other participating cities, with quizzes, reports and competition winners.
