About the conference
Dreams and the way the brain generates them during sleep are still poorly understood. Nevertheless, recent discoveries in neuroscience have provided a better understanding of how and why we dream. Thus, behavioral and brain imaging studies that have examined dream content and its neural correlates have shed light on: the typical characteristics of dream narratives, their frequency and variability across the population and over time, and the brain structures and activities associated with their content.
