USMB Foundation Lecture Series – “Circles of Innovation and Foresight”: MANAGEMENT 4.0 MEETING

January 24, 2019, 10:00 a.m. - January 24, 2019, 12:30 p.m.

The USMB Foundation invites you to its lecture series,“Innovation and Future Studies Circles,” on Thursday, January 24, 2019. The event, titled “Management 4.0 Forum,” will focus on digital technology and open innovation.

The principles of collaboration, alliances, and partnerships lie at the heart of the digital revolution, with open innovation serving as a means to achieve this. However, implementing an open innovation process inevitably requires a shift in culture and organization: What organizational and managerial levers should be put in place to successfully foster this openness? What are companies’ capabilities for managing internal and external knowledge flows? How can value be created and captured from these flows? How can an open innovation process be initiated and sustained? By pooling the resources of businesses and research, we will define these new models together!

This “workshop” is led by a team of researchers fromthe Institute for Research in Management and Economics (IREGE) at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc. It will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the IREGE offices, located atthe IAE Savoie Mont Blanc on the Annecy campus.
