Online re-registration applies to all students enrolled at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc for the 2026–2027 academic year.
RE-ENROLLMENT PERIOD
- RE-ENROLLMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING JUNE 30, 2026
HOW TO RE-REGISTER
1 > Gather the following documents:
- Your 2025–2026 Student ID Card
- Your CVEC (Student and Campus Contribution) number issued by the CROUS in Grenoble (for students in undergraduate programs, apprenticeship students, and doctoral students).
You can find the CVEC number at https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
- Your student ID number, if applicable (i.e., the INE number listed on your student ID card)
- Your credit card for online payment of tuition fees (except for scholarship recipients and work-study students)
2 > Log in:
Log in tothe online re-enrollment application
3 > Once you have completed your online re-registration:
Log in to the digital document service to upload your registration documents. Once your application is complete and all documents have been validated, you will receive your enrollment certificate via email, and instructions on how to pick up your “year” sticker (to be affixed to your student ID card) will be provided.
