You are a foreign student from outside the European Union, the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, AND you are preparing for or hold a secondary school-leaving certificate giving access to higher education, or are studying abroad.
- If you are preparing for or hold a French baccalaureate: you are concerned by the Parcoursup
- If you have dual nationality, including French or European nationality other than French: you are concerned by the Parcoursup. When submitting your Parcoursup application, you must specify that you have this dual nationality.
- If you live in a country that is not part of the Études en France procedure (country not on the list below of countries connected to Études en France): you are concerned by the Parcoursup
IMPORTANT: If you live in one of the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Republic of Congo, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
You must submit your application online via the Études en France application before December 15, 2023. This application is required to obtain a visa.
