APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY ADMISSION
1 – If you reside in France
You must use the form called the "green file." How can I obtain the form?
- via the internet: file to download
October1, 2025: Start of the admissions process for the 2026–2027 academic year,
December 15, 2025: Return of the file to the Central Registrar’s Office
The French language proficiency test(TCF-DAP) is subject to a fee (€74). It will be organized by the University of Savoie Mont Blanc.

2 – If you reside abroad
- in a country where there is a Campus France office with CEF procedures: electronically
You must submit a preliminary admission application by logging on to the website corresponding to your country of origin (http://www."country name".campusfrance.org) and following the instructions provided there.

You must submit a preliminary admission application to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service of the French Embassy. The application must be accompanied by supporting documents and submitted or returned, duly completed, to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC).
Please note: foreign students who hold or will hold a French baccalaureate or who are currently enrolled in a French higher education institution are subject to the Parcoursup procedure. Parcoursupprocedure.
