Organization of international relations and contacts

• Define and guide the international strategy of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc in consultation with the International Relations Steering Committee (CORI)

• serve as a forum for discussion and consultation on the institution’s strategy regarding international relations, regardless of the nature of those relations
• to serve as a forum for sharing experiences in this field
• develop a shared vision and ensure alignment between the institution’s policy objectives and the plans of its constituent units
• facilitate the exchange of best practices and the development of joint projects among the various components
• have the means to drive the implementation of new projects aligned with the institution’s strategy through the annual call for proposals from the International Relations Office
• propose, based on available budgetary allocations and within those limits, the amounts and criteria for awarding mobility grants

• the Vice Presidents of Research and Training
• the presidential team’s international relations advisors
• the directors of training and research units, schools, and institutes, or their representatives

• Implement the USMB's international policy
• Contribute to the institution’s international reputation through a variety of partnerships
• Encourage and support the development of international degree programs (dual degrees, programs taught in English, etc.)
• Promote student mobility by offering scholarships and simplifying the application process
• Providing a warm welcome to international visitors
