On Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:30 am, Denis Varaschin, President ofUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc, will present an Honorary Doctorate to Gianmaria Ajani, Rector of theUniversity of Turin, and Yves Flückiger, Rector of theUniversity of Geneva, at the Conseil Départemental de la Savoie.
The ceremony will take place at 10:30 am, in the salons d'honneur of the Château des Ducs de Savoie.
Due to the Vigipirate plan currently in force, no vehicle parking is permitted inside the Château. Please use public parking lots. Pedestrian access only via Place Caffe or Saint-Dominique entrance.
However, very limited vehicular access is tolerated to accompany people with reduced mobility or to drop off equipment. At the main entrance to the Prefecture on Place Caffe, in front of the barrier on the driver's side, dial #4382 to reach our switchboard, which will lift the barrier to allow access to the Château.
